Job summary

Quanta Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Transformation team, focusing on wealth management and migration programmes. You will map end-to-end processes, document requirements, and ensure impacts on business, operations, clients and advisers are understood and delivered.

The role involves collaboration with platform providers, internal SMEs and external third parties to achieve controlled migration outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within wealth management or related financial services.
Experience supporting platform, client or data migrations in large-scale transformation.
Strong understanding of wealth management operating models and controls.
Solid documentation capabilities with mapping, user stories and data mapping.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed requirements gathering across wealth management and platform operations.
Translate needs into business requirements, user stories, data mapping and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Support migration planning, dress rehearsals and post-migration validation.
Contribute to platform transformation lifecycle and readiness activities.
Assist in governance materials, reporting and sign-off processes.
Engage with stakeholders across business, technology, data and third parties.
