Job summary

Wealthtime, a leading UK wealth management platform, seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Transformation team and drive a major platform migration. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, while maintaining data integrity and consumer duty.

The role focuses on governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful programme execution within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and own a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure that the scope, objectives, and success criteria are tracked to and met.
• Manage cross-functional teams, technical SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Drive structured change management, communication, and user adoption activities.
• Apply consistent project methodologies and maintain project artefacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute the project tasks effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and security, and consumer duty remain central to the execution.
• Oversee testing phases, system functionality testing, and UAT.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues that could impact delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risk impact and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage business readiness activities for programme workstreams, focusing on migration readiness.
• Communicate externally and internally to plan and deliver timely updates.
• Monitor post go-live support for programme workstreams and gather feedback for improvements.
