Job summary

Capco, a global technology and business consultancy focused on financial services, is seeking a Business Change Analyst to support Wealth, Investment & Asset Management. Based in the UK with a hybrid working model, the role partners with major wealth managers to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership.

The ideal candidate will bring Wealth & Asset Management domain experience, strong process mapping and customer journey analysis, and proven stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services (Wealth & Asset Management) as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in process mapping and re-engineering.
• Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis.
• Change Management Methodology with delivery in project environments.
• Proven stakeholder management with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Requirements gathering: structured functional specs, User Stories, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Advise and deliver change projects as part of Capco's long-term strategic partnership with financial institutions.
• Partner with Wealth Managers and other Capco/client stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Be a self-motivator and work in a team of Capco and client colleagues.
• Drive the use of Agile methodologies to increase organisational agility.
• Identify areas for change and support business adoption for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with all parts of the business including 3rd parties.
