Job summary

Saragossa is hiring a Business Analyst to shape transformation projects in wealth management. This hybrid role is based in Bristol, working across business and IT to turn ideas into build-ready requirements.

You will engage stakeholders, understand the adviser journey, and discuss options across Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, and web integrations. A solid BA mindset in financial services will help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Solid BA mindset and solid understanding of the adviser journey in financial services.
• Experience gathering requirements across business and technology with clear traceability.
• Ability to hit the ground running on the adviser side with minimal handholding.
• Comfort discussing options across Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, web applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, shape and document business requirements for transformation projects.
• Manage stakeholders across business and IT to ensure delivery alignment.
• Work at the front end of the BA lifecycle, turning ideas into build-ready specifications.
• Collaborate with IT to hand over requirements and support solution delivery.
