Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience within wealth management, private banking, or investment platforms.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, messaging, batch) in banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions — architecture, design, code quality, and deployment
• Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct design and code reviews
• Translate business requirements from wealth/banking stakeholders into robust technical designs
• Collaborate with client architects, BAs, and delivery managers on solution decisions
• Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical risk management
