• Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, messaging, batch) in banking environments.

We are looking for a Associate Manager, Back-End Development, with Banking Wealth Management domain experience to lead solution design and delivery on banking and financial services engagements. • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions — architecture, design, code quality, and deployment
• Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct design and code reviews
• Translate business requirements from wealth/banking stakeholders into robust technical designs
• Collaborate with client architects, BAs, and delivery managers on solution decisions
• Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical risk management

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software development strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server
• Must have experience within the Domain of wealth management, private banking, or investment platforms, e.g., portfolio management, client onboarding, order management, or advisory workflows
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, messaging, batch) in banking environments

Good to Have

• Exposure to core banking or wealth platforms (e.g., Avaloq, Temenos, or in-house wealth systems)
• Experience with Southeast Asian banking clients
