Schroders is seeking a Wealth Planning Client Support Executive in London to provide proactive administrative support to Wealth Planners and Paraplanners. You will manage client documentation, process new business applications, and liaise with providers to ensure timely, accurate records in line with service standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in wealth planning, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Competenze

• Experience in a wealth planning environment with pensions and investment products.
• Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• High accuracy, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence handling client documentation and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support to Wealth Planners and Paraplanners.
• Prepare and pre-populate client documentation and letters.
• Process new business applications and maintain accurate records.
• Support data management and reporting for the team.
• Maintain client information on the back-office system with care.
