Job summary

Schroders' Cazenove Capital in London is seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Client Support Executive to provide proactive administration to Wealth Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring accurate new and existing client documentation.

You will pre-populate letters, obtain quotes, process applications, and support servicing tasks such as pensions, investment bonds, withdrawals and fees, while maintaining accurate records and a strong client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a wealth planning environment with pensions, investments and tax-efficient products.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting clients, responding to enquiries, and delivering excellent service.
• GCSEs English and Maths at grade A–C/9–4.
• Proficient IT skills across Microsoft Office.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pre-populate client documentation and recommendation letters.
• Process new business applications through provider portals and post.
• Deliver servicing activities aligned to client needs, including withdrawals and income payments.
• Liaise with product providers to obtain case updates and progress actions.
• Maintain accurate records on the back-office system and keep stakeholders informed.
