Job summary

Schroders, within the Cazenove Capital wealth management division in London, seeks a Client Services Executive to support portfolios, client inquiries and admin tasks. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors, handling onboarding, data maintenance and reporting with a proactive, service‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services within financial services is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset to support colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first port of call for client inquiries and administrative requests.
• Handle client onboarding and ongoing administration with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date client data and signatory lists.
• Produce client reports and meeting packs in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Directors and operations teams to improve processes.
