Job summary

Titan Wealth is expanding its client support team in Newton Mearns. We are seeking a capable IFA administrator who will handle client data, support advisers, and manage documentation within the IO platform. The role offers exposure to the full advice process and opportunities for career development.

The ideal candidate has 12 months of IFA admin experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Hybrid working and clear progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 12 months IFA administration experience supporting an advisor.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Organised, methodical and accurate with attention to detail.
• Proficient with office software and client management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client reviews by updating information on IO.
• Update contributions and withdrawals using provider data.
• Create client valuation reports and upload to IO.
• Answer day-to-day phone and email enquiries from clients and providers.
• Process new business and liaise with product providers.
• Collaborate with advisers to ensure data accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain client files and ensure compliance with policies.
