Recruit Wealth Ltd is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our Cardiff regional offices. You will support Financial Planners, Paraplanners and wider teams to deliver an exceptional client journey within a technology-driven Wealth Management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
• Experience in client administrator or similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end new business administration process.
• Process new business accurately within service standards.
• Liaise with providers, solicitors, accountants and third parties.
• Handle Letters of Authority and provider follow-ups.
• Support Financial Planners with pipeline management and client servicing.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records across systems.
• Assist with meeting preparation and ongoing client communications.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client service via telephone and email.
• Support process improvements and efficiencies across the business.
