Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our Gateshead office. You will support Financial Planners and Wealth Managers, manage client records, prepare reviews and reports, and liaise with clients, solicitors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.

You'll work within a high‑professional team handling complex portfolios for high‑net‑worth clients, maintains FCA compliance, and contributes to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning administration or wealth management support.
• Ability to manage client information accurately in back-office systems.
• Excellent communication with clients and professional introducers.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client review packs and valuation reports.
• Maintain accurate client records and back‑office data.
• Gather information from product providers and update plans.
• Support advisers with meeting prep and follow-up activities.
• Handle day-to-day client and provider enquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
