Titan Wealth in Newton Mearns is seeking an experienced Client Support professional to join their financial planning team. This role offers direct client interaction and exposure to the full advice process while contributing to one of the UK’s fastest-growing wealth management businesses.

You will assist advisers in preparing for client meetings, manage client information, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.

Qualifications

• A minimum 12 months of IFA administration experience, supporting an advisor.
• Previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help advisers prepare for client reviews.
• Ensure all client and plan information is up to date.
• Request plan information from providers.
