Pertemps Tm is seeking a Planning Administrator to support a busy wealth management/financial services team near Exeter. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with free parking and a modern office environment.

Salary range £25,420–£32,000 per year. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and provide high-quality client service. Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, client-focused approach.
• Previous financial services would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Managers with client servicing and administration.
• Prepare documentation for client reviews.
• Maintain records and update systems.
• First point of contact for client enquiries.
• Managing a busy Administration system and the compliance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Assisting the team with Administration and general office support.
