The role offers hybrid working with a salary range of £28,000 to £32,000, plus comprehensive benefits and clear development paths to help you progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures.
• Essential: Experience using CURO or similar back-office systems.
• Essential: Resilient character capable of thriving in a high-volume, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the new business application process and meeting service level agreements.
• Processing applications and engaging with providers and third parties.
• Actioning Letters of Authority and Transfer of Authority documentation.
• Providing regular pipeline updates and chasing outstanding cases.
• Preparing Financial Planners for client meetings with accurate documentation.
• Managing telephone enquiries and daily post.
• Maintaining comprehensive client records within CURO back-office system.
