Dynamite Recruitment is assisting an established Chartered Financial Planning firm in recruiting a Senior Administrator to support Financial Planners and manage client communications in a hybrid environment.
The role offers salary up to £43,000, discretionary bonus, study support, pension, private medical and life insurance, plus free on-site parking. Hybrid working arrangements support work-life balance while delivering high-quality client service.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Excellent communication and client service.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, personable approach focused on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior administrative and technical support to Financial Planners.
- Prepare client review letters and financial planning documentation.
- Act as a key contact for clients and support onboarding.
- Process client instructions, including withdrawals, deposits and investments.
- Prepare new business applications and liaise with providers.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM workflows.
