Job summary

Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator in Norwich to support Financial Advisers and Consultants, delivering excellent service and efficient, compliant advice processes.

The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work from home and the office while assisting advisers, paraplanners, clients and providers in preparing client reviews and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will be organised, proactive, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting Financial Advisers in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
• GCSE Maths and English at minimum grade 5/C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client review packs and valuation reports.
• Maintain accurate client records and back-office data.
• Process new business applications efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with product providers and update client plans, contributions and transfers.
• Produce client correspondence and reports.
• Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up.
