Job summary

Financial Divisions in Sutton is seeking a Financial Administrator (Wealth Management) to support advisors and the paraplanning team with comprehensive client onboarding, AML checks, and end-to-end annual reviews.

You will work closely with a Chartered Financial Planner in a dynamic, client-focused environment offering training, progression, and a balanced hybrid working pattern. 1–2 years within Financial Services preferred; excellent attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience within Financial Services.
• Experience in Financial Planning/Wealth Management advantageous.
• Experience with client onboarding, AML checks and annual reviews is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new clients and collect required information.
• Conduct AML and client verification checks.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Authority and liaise with providers.
• Support end-to-end annual review processes for clients.
• Liaise with clients to build trusted relationships and maintain records.
• Provide broader administrative support to advisers and Paraplanning team.
