Job summary

Financial Divisions, Sutton-based wealth management firm, is recruiting a Financial Planning Administrator to join our renowned team delivering exceptional client service.

You will support onboarding, AML checks, Letters of Authority, and the end-to-end annual review process, while building trusted relationships with clients and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience within Financial Services.
• Experience in Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA environments is preferred.
• Strong client-service orientation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients and gather personal and financial information.
• Conduct AML and client verification checks.
• Prepare Letters of Authority and liaise with providers and third parties.
• Support end-to-end annual review process for clients.
• Liaise with clients, build trusted relationships and act as a point of contact.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure efficient administrative processes.
• Provide wider administrative support to advisers and the Paraplanning team.
