Job summary

Arbuthnot is seeking a Training & Competence professional to provide operational and technical support within Wealth Management. The role focuses on maintaining advice standards, supporting T&C processes, and coordinating technical projects, with potential to develop into leadership as deputy to the Technical Director.

You will act in customer-centric ways, comply with Conduct Rules, and collaborate across Compliance, Marketing and Advisory teams to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain T&C records administration and MI reporting.
• Coordinate initial training and assessments.
• Support SPS applications and FCA reporting.
• Design and deliver learning resources.
• Monitor governance across advisory teams.
• Prepare briefing notes and internal technical sessions.
