LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a Training and Development Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The role covers Apprenticeship administration, CPD processing, CISI registrations, and regulatory training across multiple HR projects.

Experience in a Training and Development Advisor role within wealth management or financial services.
Good knowledge of HR processes, data management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end apprenticeship process, including learner administration and progress monitoring.
Administer the CPD process, maintaining records and CISI membership requirements.
Maintain qualifications tracker, exams, results, and study progress.
Coordinate Cross-Border and accreditation requirements and attestations.
Support delivery of development actions from year-end performance reviews.
Track Fit and Proper forms and maintain timely records.
Monitor learning pauses and keep records current.
Handle Training & Development mailbox and respond to queries.
