Qualifications

• Interest in Learning & Development and financial services.
• Interest in how people learn, develop and build competence.
• No prior financial services experience required, but interest in wealth management is important.
• Willingness to understand FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and T&C principles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and delivery of the Training & Competence framework.
• Help ensure T&C activities and actions meet timescales.
• Coordinate Adviser and Certified Person competence activity.
• Maintain T&C schedules and records.
• Develop understanding of FCA requirements as applied to T&C.
• Assist continuous improvement of T&C processes and materials.
