Job summary

Schroders Group’s wealth management arm, Cazenove Capital, seeks a Client Services Executive to join the client team and work with Portfolio Managers and Directors as the first port of call for clients and their administrative requests. You will develop deep knowledge of our processes, help improve procedures, and foster collaboration across the business to deliver excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of client service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work across teams.
• Interest in helping clients and families.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors to understand client needs.
• Handle administrative duties promptly for clients, such as cash transfer requests and overdrafts.
• Set up accounts for new clients.
• Ensure client accounts comply with current regulations and procedures.
• Be a point of contact for clients and advisers; respond to inquiries promptly and keep records.
• Assist in distributing client reports, including portfolio valuations and tax reports.
