Job summary

JSS is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Wealth Management to join a business transformation programme in Central London on an initial 3-month rolling contract. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and future operating model design rather than technical BA work.

You will map as-is and to-be processes, support TOM design and business readiness, and facilitate workshops with senior leaders. Immediate availability is preferred, with up to a 2-week notice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management.
• Strong process mapping and optimisation experience.
• Experience supporting design and delivery of Target Operating Models.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging existing ways of working.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements across multiple functions.
• Map current and future state processes.
• Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs).
