Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions in Livingston, Scotland, is seeking a seasoned Change Business Analyst for a hybrid role. You will lead business analysis for transformation initiatives, engage senior stakeholders, and drive TOMs, process mapping and improvements from discovery through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong facilitation, and experience with regulatory changes, AI tools, and MS 365.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Business Analysis experience.
• Experience delivering business change and transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management including senior leadership.
• Defining and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs).
• Expertise in current- and future-state process mapping.
• Workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation skills.
• Experience working with technology teams while staying business-focused.
• Autonomous with ability to prioritise and deliver multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with regulatory change programmes and media/entertainment sector exposure.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and MS 365.

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Define current and future state processes and operating models.
• Conduct impact assessments and business process analysis.
• Support development and implementation of TOMs.
• Drive process improvement and process re-engineering activities.
• Bridge between business and technology teams.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve best business outcomes.
• Support change planning, readiness, testing and implementation activities.
• Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation and artefacts.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned workstreams.
