The Client
An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs for High-Net-Worth Clients.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Wealth Management firm in their Worcester office, supporting Investment Managers to develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
The successful candidate will confidently support the Investment Management team with daily client administrative and portfolio tasks, including monitoring client portfolios in line with company procedures and models.
The Wealth Management Assistant will assist in building and maintaining client relationships by providing first-class investment administrative support, including writing file notes, drafting letters, and arranging client meetings.
Responsibilities include handling account openings and closures, stock transfers, payments, updating Avaloq with static data, and producing Excel reports from Avaloq data.
The role also involves supporting trade placement in Avaloq based on instructions received, ensuring accurate execution and booking, as well as preparing for client pitches and meetings, and supporting ongoing projects as needed.
The Candidate
A candidate with a strong interest in Wealth Management support roles, either a recent Financial graduate interested in Wealth Management or someone with 1-2 years of Financial Services Client Support experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with good organizational skills.
High accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality output.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team working, and influencing abilities.
