We're looking for someone like you to join our vibrant, supportive Finance Business Partnering team as an Assistant Management Accountant.

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to the business. You'll work closely with the Finance Business Partner to provide meaningful insight and analysis that supports decision-making across the organization. You'll take ownership of reporting for specific cost centres, deliver clear variance analysis, and build strong relationships with budget holders, helping them make informed, confident choices.

This role is primarily home-based, but occasional travel to Group offices and other locations may be required. Our offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
