MAN Commercial Protection are delighted to offer the position of Office Assistant to join our friendly, busy team based in Shirley, Solihull.

The successful candidate does not require previous experience in a similar role but should be confident and friendly, possessing an excellent telephone manner and should be punctual and well-presented and professional.

A flexible approach to a variety of office and administration tasks is essential, examples of which are listed;

  • Providing administration services, managing refreshments, and handling post
  • Arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms, lunches etc
  • Monitoring general tidiness of the office/communal areas
  • Handling and directing incoming phone calls

Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
