Job summary

Ortus PSR in Meriden is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support a Financial Adviser and Paraplanner in a West Midlands office. The role is permanent with hybrid working and a 26,000–34,000 GBP salary plus benefits.

The successful candidate will contribute to a client-centric service, ensuring accuracy, timely applications, and compliant processing across the full financial planning spectrum.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA or Wealth Management administration role.
• Experience processing new business, annual reviews and fund switches or rebalances.
• Experience with product providers and investment platforms.
• Working knowledge of FCA compliance requirements in a regulated advice environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new business application packs and submit to providers and platforms.
• Chase progress, resolve queries with providers, and issue policy documentation to clients.
• Create illustrations, investment quotes, and provider valuations as required by the adviser.
• Prepare client review packs, valuation reports, and supporting docs for annual reviews.
