Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collate client information and prepare documentation ahead of adviser meetings.
• Prepare annual review packs, basic client reports and supporting documentation.
• Process new business and top-up applications through provider platforms.
• Check that all required compliance documentation has been completed.
• Process Letters of Authority and request information from providers.
• Handle pension and investment administration.
• Process fund switches, purchases and sales.
• Arrange ad hoc income withdrawals and other client instructions.
• Update Intelligent Office with new business details and client information and maintain records.
• Complete actions arising from annual reviews and liaise with clients and advisers.
