Job summary

Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support advisers and back-office operations across pensions, investments and protection. You will ensure a smooth client journey from enquiry to implementation and reviews, working within a collaborative team.

You should have prior IFA/wealth admin experience, strong organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Hybrid working, salary up to £32,000, and support toward professional qualifications from a friendly,

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA/Wealth Admin.
• Understanding pensions, investments and admin.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Proficient with MS Office and back-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Preparing client documentation, valuations and annual review packs.
• Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information.
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems.
• Monitoring business pipelines and informing advisers/clients.
• Liaising with providers to progress applications efficiently.
• Supporting pre-sale and post-sale administration with service.
• Assisting with ongoing client reviews and compliance.
