Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Client Relationship Support in Horsham with a hybrid work pattern. The role focuses on administration and client support for Financial Planners, ensuring accurate processing and high service levels throughout the client journey.

Key duties include maintaining client records, preparing packs, liaising with providers, and meeting KPIs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA Administration, Financial Services, Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
• Knowledge of financial products and financial planning.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records and communications
• Prepare and process new and existing client work
• Prepare client packs and meeting documentation
• Liaise with product and investment providers
• Keep clients and Financial Planners updated
• Review completed client files
• Work to agreed KPIs and deadlines
• Support process and service improvements
• Ensure work is completed in line with regulatory requirements
