Job summary

Reed is seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to lead a multi-site team across Bristol, Birmingham and Wimborne. The role involves coaching staff, improving processes and delivering exceptional client outcomes, with regular travel between offices.

You will oversee day-to-day management, performance, and engagement of the client services function, ensuring high service standards and efficient operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of Client Service Executives across multiple offices.
• Prioritise workloads and resource allocation to ensure service standards and deadlines are consistently met.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and annual appraisals.
• Drive employee engagement, development and succession planning.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans across the team.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding of new team members.
• Promote best practice and process improvement across the client services function.
• Work closely with advisers, senior management and wider business functions.
• Assist with complaint investigations, risk event reviews and operational projects.
• Support business changes, new process implementation and team training initiatives.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of client service is maintained throughout the business.
