Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administration Team Manager to oversee a team of Administrators across Bristol, Birmingham and Dorset with hybrid working and travel between offices.

You will manage a team of roughly 11 to 16 Administrators, ensuring excellent client service, efficient operations and consistent processes across practices. Travel between sites is necessary, and travel expenses are covered.

Qualifications

• Strong line management experience within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
• Strong experience managing and developing an Administration or operations team.
• Excellent knowledge of Wealth Management processes.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring and objective setting.
• The confidence to challenge and influence others.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a strong client focus.
• An understanding of the FCA regulatory environment and effective risk management.

Responsibilities

• Line managing, mentoring and developing the team.
• Managing workloads and ensuring service levels and deadlines are consistently met.
• Holding regular 1-to-1s, setting objectives and managing performance and appraisals.
• Identifying training and development needs and supporting career progression.
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows and best practice.
• Supporting risk and complaint investigations alongside Compliance.
• Rolling out new processes and training across the team.
• Supporting the integration of acquired businesses and wider ad hoc projects.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and excellent client outcomes.
