Job summary

Recruit UK is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead a team of Administrators across South offices. You will travel between Bristol, Birmingham and Wimborne, ensuring high service standards for Financial Advisers and clients.

You’ll coach teams, manage workloads, and drive process improvements while partnering with senior management to optimise client outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role with travel between locations.

Qualifications

Strong line management experience within client service or adviser support environments.
Experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Asset Management or closely related sectors.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and performance-manage teams.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach and develop a team of Client Service Executives.
Oversee workloads and priorities across multiple locations.
Ensure SLAs and client service standards are consistently met.
Conduct regular 1-2-1s, appraisals and performance reviews.
Identify training needs and opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Recruit and onboard new team members when required.
Collaborate with Financial Advisers and senior management to support integrations of acquired businesses.
