Job summary

Reed is seeking a Paraplanning Team Leader to oversee a multi-site team across Bristol and Cardiff. You will drive performance, ensure high-quality paraplanning outputs, and mentor 16+ Paraplanners while coordinating with Financial Planners and Client Support teams.

The role requires leadership experience, strong technical paraplanning knowledge, and FCA compliance awareness. Hybrid working with travel between offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong technical paraplanning knowledge.
• Experience working across multiple sites with travel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-site team of Paraplanners across Bristol and Cardiff.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and development plans.
• Manage workload allocation, capacity planning and resource management.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of paraplanning output and report quality.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical queries.
• Monitor performance through MI and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and support teams.
• Ensure FCA compliance and internal processes.
