RBC Wealth Management Europe in Glasgow is seeking a Director/Senior Director Wealth Manager to lead client relationships, drive net revenue growth, and develop a high-performing advisory team. The role focuses on expanding the client base and leveraging origination networks to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Qualifications

• Wealth management experience is required.
• Proven relationship management skills and ability to earn client trust.
• Ability to develop new opportunities through origination networks.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services across investments, lending, and trusts.
• Willingness to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a client base, focusing on new clients and growing existing relationships.
• Lead wealth advisory interactions to understand clients’ financial and personal goals.
• Drive a growth mindset by managing new business targets and contributing to the group plan.
• Articulate RBC proposition across investments, lending, cash, and trust solutions to clients and prospects.
• Ensure clients are referred internally to the best fit department or specialist.
• Guide clients through the advice journey and involve specialists as needed.
• Lead and mentor teams, delivering coaching and development for performance.
