Zusammenfassung

Atomos Wealth is seeking a dedicated financial planner support specialist to provide end-to-end client service for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with a Chartered Financial Planning Director to ensure accurate delivery of instructions, valuations and servicing, while coordinating with internal teams and advisers.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem-solving and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial planning administration or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of UK wealth products and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, trusts and wider wealth management solutions.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and familiarity with Xplan or similar CRM.

Aufgaben

• Provide dedicated support to Chartered Financial Planning Director and senior planners.
• Progress client work from instruction through to completion with accuracy.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, providers and advisers.
• Assist in the ongoing servicing of financial planning solutions.
• Prepare documentation, valuations and process client instructions.
• Maintain accurate client records and regulatory compliance.
• Manage review schedules, meeting prep and follow-up actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
