You will have 2+ years' experience supporting advisers and clients, with a strong understanding of financial planning products and processes.

This role sits at the heart of client delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and high-quality service, while enabling advisers to build relationships and deliver compliant

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role.
• Good knowledge of financial planning products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
• Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
• Comfortable working with modern technology, cloud-based systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all client reviews are supported by suitability reports and required documentation, proactively monitoring progress and escalating outstanding cases where required.
• Maintain client records within Xplan, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Keep client files organised, complete, and audit-ready at all times.
• Support Financial Planners with annual review scheduling, meeting preparation, client segmentation activities, and service delivery requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and Financial Planners, ensuring all post-meeting actions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
