Job summary

Atwal Wealth Management in Solihull is seeking an experienced Administrator to own case progression end-to-end and support paraplanning potential. This role is 100% office-based at our Solihull office, requiring proactive provider liaison and meticulous administration to keep client pipelines moving smoothly.

You will manage annual review packs, verify valuations, and maintain rigorous records while supporting Advisers and the Operations Lead in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Mortgages.
• Familiarity with provider portals, wrap platforms, pensions and investment products.
• Experience with wealth management CRM systems; Openwork network experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Ownership: manage progression from initiation to compliant completion.
• Annual Review Preparation: collate annual client review packs and verify valuation data.
• Diligent Provider Chasing: chase LOAs, fund valuations and policy schedules.
• Compliance & Systems: maintain file hygiene and records per network standards.
• Internal Coordination: support Advisers and Operations Lead by handling admin tasks.
