Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA or wealth management administration role.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
• Process new business applications for pensions, investments and protection.
• Place trades where required.
• Manage the ongoing administration of existing client policies and investments.
• Support advisers with day-to-day client administration.
• Handle client enquiries relating to administrative matters.
• Manage incoming post, emails and telephone calls.
• Assist with the smooth running of the office while maintaining confidentiality.
