Rathbones Group invites applications for an Academy Apprentice to start a purposeful career in wealth management. Over two years you’ll rotate through Operations, People, Marketing, Investment Management or Financial Planning and work toward the Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

You’ll receive a mentor and buddy, join apprentice networks, and have six hours weekly dedicated to learning, with study outside working hours.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs with Grades 9-4 (A*-C) including English and Maths (England) or Five National 5s with grades A-C including English and Maths (Scotland).
• 120 UCAS points equivalent in any subject such as A Levels/Scottish Highers, T Levels (England) or a Foundation Apprenticeship (Scotland). OR; Where UCAS points haven’t been achieved, demonstrate transferable work/life experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for meetings, events and conferences across teams.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials and minutes, with follow-up actions tracked.
• Assist with document management and regulatory compliant filing.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including clients.
• Source and compile data for internal and client reports.
• Assist client service teams in gathering client information and preparing account docs.
• Update Client Relationship Management systems ensuring data is current.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
• Provide backup support during absences or peak workload times.
