Job summary

Schroders is recruiting a Wealth Trainee to join our Wealth Management team in Oxford. Based in the Cazenove offices, this two-year programme offers broad exposure across award-winning teams to develop client-centric wealth management skills.

You will graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated, with an honours degree, and grow through hands-on experience, training, and mentoring while working with private clients and professional advisers.

Qualifications

• Graduates due 2027 or recent graduates with an honours degree (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand target audiences and communicate effectively.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to support client service, efficiency and innovation.
