Job summary

Rathbones Group is offering a two-year Apprenticeship through the Investment20/20 programme in Glasgow, rotating across Operations, People, Marketing, Investment Management and Financial Planning. You will study for the Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with support from a mentor and buddy, and potential future role opportunities within the firm.

Travel to non-base offices may be required; Rathbones covers costs.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and organisational skills essential.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy in handling data and documents.
• Willingness to learn across multiple business areas and to study for qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple teams across rotations to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with client service tasks and administrative duties.
• Prepare agendas, materials and minutes for meetings.
• Maintain accurate client and company records in systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and project tasks.
