The role emphasizes client service, accuracy, and collaboration across teams, with opportunities to contribute to Lean-driven process improvements and stakeholder relationships across the Rathbones network.

• Provide a professional and reliable service for clients, investment managers, advisers, and product providers.
• Adhere to team SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks in line with procedures.
• Participate in Lean 4+1 habits and maintain visual management boards.
• Support ongoing improvements in efficiency and client experience.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing of IT systems.
• Operate within the data governance framework and maintain data quality.
• Be aware of conduct rules and act with integrity.
• Understand CASS processes and raise issues to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
