Rathbones Group Plc in Liverpool is seeking an Administrator to join the Operations - Provider Business Support team. You will deliver service excellence, protect client assets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Based in a collaborative environment, you will handle admin tasks, support SLAs and work with advisers and providers to uphold contractual standards.

The Provider Business Support team provides liaison between Rathbones and external financial firms which have significant mutual client relationships. These include primarily providers of tax "wrappers" such as SIPPs and Offshore Bonds.
The team also has interactions with intermediary (adviser firms) with whom Rathbones has a strategic relationship.
The teams main responsibility is to ensure Rathbones uphold contractual and regulatory requirements with regards SIPP and Offshore Bond accounts.
