A growing property maintenance company is looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join their team in the UK. The successful candidates will perform various maintenance tasks in Housing Association properties, such as plumbing and plastering while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Shield Waterproofing and Preservation Ltd & is expanding and we’re offering opportunities for experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our growing Property Repairs & Maintenance division.

Location: North West & Midlands

Salary: Competitive Salary plus Overtime

Term: Permanent, Full Time

Company Vehicle: Company Van

The role will include:

You’ll carry out planned and reactive works in occupied and void Housing Association properties, including:

• Kitchen rip-outs & installations
• First/second fix plumbing
• Plastering, skimming & patch repairs
• Digital job reporting

Working to HA standards & H&S compliance

The ideal candidate will have:-

• Experience in social housing / Housing Association works
• Strong multi-trade capability
• Ability to work independently & communicate well with tenants
• Full UK driving licence
