A growing property maintenance company is looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join their team in the UK. The successful candidates will perform various maintenance tasks in Housing Association properties, such as plumbing and plastering while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications

• Experience in social housing / Housing Association works.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently & communicate well with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive works in occupied and void Housing Association properties.
• Perform kitchen rip-outs & installations.
• Complete first/second fix plumbing, plastering, skimming & patch repairs.
