CV Life seeks an enthusiastic Waterpark Supervisor for the Wave Waterpark in Coventry. The role involves supervising waterpark operations, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer care. You will work on a rota including early mornings, evenings and weekends and must hold an NPLQ.

Two positions are available with different hours in term time and school holidays; DBS is required for successful candidates. A flexible attitude to shift work is essential.

Formación

• Experience at a supervisory level and in a leisure environment.
• Must hold NPLQ and First Aid qualifications.
• Flexible to shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead Waterpark staff to deliver high standards of safety.
• Monitor lifeguards and PSOP guidelines during shifts.
• Oversee daily setup, opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure high quality customer care and facility cleanliness.
• Inspect waterpark operations and report safety issues promptly.
• Complete required admin tasks and training records.
