Wiltshire Council is seeking lifeguards to supervise pool and poolside activities, ensuring member safety and excellent customer service. The role is rota-based, including some evenings and weekends, with NPLQ holders given priority for shortlisting.

Non-NPLQ candidates may be considered. The Council may fund your NPLQ course within 3 months of starting, subject to swim test and course availability, supporting training and progression opportunities.
